EXCEL Energy Gel and Caffeine

The Excel Gel from PAS Nutrition is designed for athletes looking for a fast, effective source of energy during exercise. Each gel provides 20 g of carbohydrate from maltodextrin and fructose, ensuring a rapid release of energy to maintain your performance.

Enriched with 100 mg of caffeine, this gel improves alertness and reduces the perception of effort, allowing you to maintain a high intensity for longer.

Take one gel before your pre-match warm-up. Caffeine takes about 30 minutes to reach its peak concentration in the body: this means the gel will take effect at kick-off, increasing alertness and reducing the sensation of effort, which helps maintain a high level of performance.

You can also take a gel at half-time to replenish the energy spent during the first half; this will help you stay well fuelled and delay the onset of fatigue in the second half.

Ingredients: Water, maltodextrin, fructose, gelling agent (pectin), acidifying agent (citric acid), acidity regulator (trisodium citrate), sodium chloride, caffeine, natural flavouring, calcium lactate.
