Refund policy

Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

How to return a product
Email us at contact@footboks.com with your order number and the products concerned. We will send you the return address. Return shipping costs are payable by you, unless the product is defective or we made an error.

Products that can be returned
Products must be returned new, unopened and in their original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, products that have been unsealed after delivery (food supplements, drinks, gels, chewing gums, care products) cannot be returned (Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code).

Refunds
We refund you no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw, using the same payment method as your order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products.

Damaged or missing product, or wrong item
Contact us at contact@footboks.com with your order number and, if possible, a photo. We will offer you an exchange or a refund, and cover the return costs.

Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, as set out in our Terms of Sale.
