Terms of sale

Article 1 – Purpose These General Terms of Sale govern the sale of products by Footboks (SIRET 881 532 543 00017), 11 Rue de la Villette, 75019 Paris, via the footboks.com website, to any non-professional buyer (the "Customer").

Article 2 – Products The products offered for sale are those shown on footboks.com when the Customer visits the site. Photos and descriptions are provided for information only.

Article 3 – Prices Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes. Footboks reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in force when the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Orders The Customer places orders online via footboks.com. Confirming an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer once the order is confirmed.

Article 5 – Payment Payment is due when the order is placed. Accepted payment methods are those offered at checkout.

Article 6 – Delivery Products are delivered to the address given by the Customer when ordering. Delivery times are given for information only. Footboks cannot be held liable for delays.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. Return costs are borne by the Customer unless stated otherwise.

Article 8 – Legal guarantees Footboks is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 9 – Liability Footboks cannot be held liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the products sold.

Article 10 – Personal data Data collected when you order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.

Article 11 – Disputes In the event of a dispute, the Customer may use conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
