Shipping policy
Carriers Orders are shipped with Colissimo and, depending on availability, Chronopost or DHL. A tracking number is always emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Processing time Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 working days of payment confirmation.
Mainland France
- Free delivery on orders of €50 or more
- Below €50, shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout
- Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 working days
European Union & international
- Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are shown at checkout
- Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 working days depending on the destination
- Customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on the destination country — these are payable by the recipient
Order tracking A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can follow your parcel directly on the carrier's website.
