Membership fees & reminders
No more chasing payments
The club chooses the accepted payment methods — bank transfer and cheque — and enters its details once. Reminders then send everything needed to the player or their parents.

Roles & access
Everyone sees what concerns them
Permissions are not just declared: they are enforced on the server side. A coach cannot open the accounts, and a player cannot see another player's data.

1,000 pts = €50
Footboks orders from the club and its members earn club points. They are paid back to the club as a donation, by bank transfer, at the end of the year — not a voucher, real budget.
Transparent tracking
The dashboard shows the points accumulated, the estimated donation amount, the history of linked orders and the season's top contributors.

What clubs ask us
Is Footboks Clubs suitable for an amateur club?
Yes, that is exactly the target: amateur clubs and sports associations that currently manage their squad and membership fees in a spreadsheet. Several teams and several categories are managed in the same space.
Can a coach see the club's finances?
No. The coach has access to their teams, the calendar, call-ups, the attendance sheet and their team's announcements. The finances, membership fees and bank details remain restricted to the committee.
How do players reply to call-ups?
From their own area: they see their call-ups and reply Present, Unsure or Absent. The coach sees the replies live and can chase those who have not replied.
Are membership fee reminders automatic?
Reminders are sent on request, for one player or for everyone who is late, with the remaining amount and the club's payment instructions.
Can I import the match calendar?
Yes. A file template can be downloaded from the club area: opponent, home or away, date and time. Imported matches are added to the calendar automatically, and scores, scorers and assist providers are entered after the match.
How much does the club area cost?
Free for life for the first 30 clubs that open their area. After that, the subscription is €29.99 per month, with no commitment.
