6d Energy Gel + Caffeine

The 6d Sports Gel is specially formulated to meet the energy needs of footballers during intense efforts. Thanks to a 2:1 carbohydrate ratio of glucose to fructose, it ensures fast absorption and efficient use by the body, supporting performance on the pitch. The addition of 200 mg of sodium per gel helps maintain fluid and electrolyte balance, which is essential to prevent dehydration and muscle cramps. Available in several natural flavours, some with caffeine for an extra boost, this gel is a valuable ally for football players who care about their nutrition and recovery.

Consume 1 to 3 gels per hour of exercise, depending on the intensity and duration of the effort. For flavours containing caffeine (such as Cola), limit consumption to 1 gel per day because of the caffeine content (75 mg per gel). It is recommended to test the product in training before using it in competition.
