Each Duo Bar is pre-cut into two equal pieces, each piece providing 20g of carbohydrates and protein. It has been designed to be tasty, easy to digest, and light on the stomach.

It is an excellent solid food alternative to energy drinks and gels. The Duo Bars are also gluten-free.

Each batch of this product is tested for prohibited substances as part of the program Informed Sport.

The products are subjected to rigorous testing according to ISO 17025 accredited methods to provide the highest level of assurance to athletes.

Before the effort: One to two hours before exercise to build reserves and prevent hunger.
