More about this product
- ◄About
-
The HYDRATIS solution enriches your water with mineral salts, sodium and glucose as well as trace elements to create an ultra-hydrating drink.
Hydratis drink allows water to be absorbed more quickly and effectively by the body while contributing to muscle recovery.
Hydratis also helps reduce tiredness and fight cell stress (symptomatic of periods of dehydration).
Hydratis formulations are based on the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO).
ELECTROLYTES AND (DE)HYDRATION
During moderate to intense exercise, the body can produce up to 2 litres of sweat per hour, depending on conditions. Sweat contains vital electrolytes, including sodium, which is the most important electrolyte. It helps stimulate thirst, improve taste and promote the absorption and retention of water.
If fluid and electrolyte losses are not replaced, dehydration occurs, which is a major cause of fatigue. Once dehydrated, your body temperature rises, your heart rate speeds up, you use up your carbohydrate reserves more quickly and exercise becomes harder.
- ◄How to use

Hydratis
Hydratis is the adventure of two French entrepreneurs, Jérémy Boué and Théo Heude, who took an interest in hydration and its importance for health and well-being.
Oral rehydration solutions became widely available in the early 1980s and significantly reduced infant mortality worldwide. Indeed, dehydration and the inability to rehydrate during health epidemics and diseases such as cholera were for a long time the leading cause of death.
The research led to a simple result, making it possible to formulate and prescribe water enriched with minerals, glucose and sodium so that water molecules can be absorbed by the body through the intestinal walls.
