Midfielder Omenuke Mfulu was born in Poissy and grew up in Vitry sur Seine where he started football at 6 years old.After doing his classes up to 13 years old at ES Vitry, Mfulu joined the neighboring club Ivry where there will remain two seasons before joining the Strasbourg training center at 16 years old.
