Energy Water is a refreshing pre-activity supplement (vegan), safe to use for professional athletes (NZVT tested) and consists solely of nutrients/ingredients that have been proven beneficial for your performance.
In Energy Water, we use natural caffeine derived from green coffee beans and guarana extract. The 200 mg of caffeine is roughly equivalent to 2 cups of coffee.

The vitamin D plays a vital role in supporting bone structure and is important for the absorption of calcium and phosphorus by the body. Vitamin D supports the natural immune system and plays an important role in maintaining strong muscles.
Phenylalanine 1 g
The phenylalanine is one of the 9 essential amino acids (building blocks of proteins) and is not produced by the body itself. Furthermore, phenylalanine is commonly found in dairy products, legumes, and avocados.
Phenylalanine is necessary for the production of neurotransmitters such as dopamine, adrenaline, and noradrenaline in the brain.
L-Citrulline dl-Malate (2:1) 2.15 g
L-Citrulline dl-Malate is an amino acid that is gradually converted in the body into L-arginine, the amino acid from which enzymes release nitric oxide (NO).
BCAA (2:1:1) 5 g
The branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) consist of three essential amino acids: Leucine, isoleucine, and valine. These are found in certain proteins, which are important for building and protecting muscle mass.
Electrolytes: Sodium (Nacir) 0.6 g
Sodium is the main electrolyte lost with sweat and the only electrolyte that improves performance during exercise. Other electrolytes (potassium, calcium, magnesium) are also lost in sweat, but in minimal amounts. A healthy diet is necessary to maintain these electrolyte concentrations at the desired levels in the body. Nutrition Water already contains these electrolytes, so there is no benefit in adding them to the Energy Water.
The recommendation is to consume sports drinks with 0.5 – 0.7 g/L of sodium for less than three hours and 0.7 – 1 g/L of sodium for training sessions lasting more than three hours.

The Dutch Anti-Doping Authority, NZVT, was established in 2003 in response to the risks that athletes (professional or amateur) take when using dietary supplements to achieve the maximum of their performance.
The NZVT examination of supplements is done by batch. Each batch has a unique batch number, which is indicated on the packaging of the supplements from that batch. As an athlete, you can see exactly which batch of which supplement meets the NZVT standards.
