RGF-1 recovery drink

Recovery Growth Factor (RGF-1) is an excellent post-exercise recovery drink. A new three-stage carbohydrate blend, which allows for better absorption rate and glycogen replenishment.

RGF-1 can be used before and after training. Add cold water to the top of the label and shake well. Consume immediately after mixing.
