◄Usage tips

Dissolve one SiS GO Hydro tablet in 500 ml of water. For competition, consume 500 ml of SiS GO Hydro 3 to 4 hours before the match and an additional 250 to 500 ml in the hours preceding as well as 500 ml per hour of effort.
