• Select the massager head you want to use and insert it into the round hole on the front of the massager.
• Hold the ON button to turn on the massager, which will start at the lowest speed.
• To increase the speed of the device, press the on/off button.
• Each press of the button increases the massage power up to level 5 maximum.
• Press the on/off button again to switch the device to sleep mode.
• Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the device.

• The battery must be fully charged before use.
• To charge the battery, plug the Type-C cable into the charging port and the other end into a USB power source.
• When the device is charging, the battery light flashes.
• When the battery is fully charged, the battery indicator lights up.
• Average massager run time is 3-6 hours depending on speed and pressure levels.

• Switch off the device before adjusting the angle of the arm.
• Press and hold the arm adjustment button, adjust the massage arm to the desired position, then release the button.
• There are three angle adjustment options: 0, 45 and 90 degrees.
