Each Duo Bar is pre-cut into two equal pieces, each piece providing 20g of carbohydrates and protein. It was designed to be tasty, easy to digest and light on the stomach.
It is an excellent solid food alternative to energy drinks and gels. The Duo Bars are also gluten-free.
Every batch of this product is tested for banned substances under the program Informed Sports.
