Dissolve one SiS GO Hydro tablet in 500 ml of water. For competition, consume 500 ml of SiS GO Hydro 3 to 4 hours before the match and an additional 250 to 500 ml in the hours preceding as well as 500 ml per hour of effort.

During moderate to intense exercise, the body can produce up to 2 liters of sweat per hour, depending on the conditions.
