These gels have been carefully formulated without preservatives to naturally improve your performance and get the most out of your training.
Each gel provides 22g of carbohydrates and BCAAs (400mg, 500mg for blueberry gel) which are essential amino acids that support muscle mass and performance by reducing fatigue after exercise.
The gels also contain electrolytes to replenish mineral salts lost through sweat during exercise and antioxidants from fruit concentrates. The sugars used are natural sugars and the gels use a double source of energy: maltodextrin and natural fruits which provide rapidly releasable energy.
Blueberry gels also contain 50mg of caffeine to increase focus and improve performance.
It is generally recommended to consume 30 to 60 g of carbohydrates per hour during training sessions or games.
This means that you may need 2 energy gels per match in addition to water intake.
Water not only helps replenish fluids lost through sweating, but also ensures optimal carbohydrate absorption.
It is best to start taking gels at the start of a long training session or before a game to keep glycogen stores at a level that will allow you to perform at your peak.
You can also take a second one at halftime.
