HOW TO USE
Consume one ENERGY FRUIT per hour of sports activity, ideally before or at halftime of the game. Due to the high concentration of carbohydrates (sugars) and sodium, it is recommended to always take 6d ENERGY FRUIT with water.
The combination with water optimizes the absorption and reduces the risk of gastrointestinal disorders.
