By whom and how are the products selected?

The products in our boxes are tested and selected by our team which includes pro and amateur players as well as health and sports nutrition professionals.

When will the contents of the box be revealed?

The content of the box remains secret as long as possible. The idea is that you open your box and are surprised to discover the products. In practice, the contents are only revealed after our subscribers receive the boxes.

Who are these products suitable for?

The products are suitable for amateur sportsmen and women who wish to improve their performance.

Can certain products be considered as doping products?

No, we monitor the quality of the products we distribute. For example, we select products that are “Informed Sport” certified, a certification program for dietary supplement products that ensures that products have been regularly and rigorously tested to ensure that they do not contain any substances prohibited by WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency). This certification program also ensures that all products are manufactured to high quality standards.

Will I find product samples in my box?

It is possible!

Most of the selected products are in large format (sales format).

It is therefore possible to find them in the shops, especially on our website after the last box was put online, or on our partners’ websites.

Some products in sample format will be proposed when suppliers do not offer standard formats.

Before ordering

Can I offer the box to a relative?

Absolutely, and that’s one of the reasons why our box exists! It’s a perfect gift for any soccer or futsal player around you!

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free in France for the subscription. Yes, we are like that!

On the store, the shipping costs are overt from 40€ of purchase.

For residents of other European countries, shipping costs are divided into 2 zones, one at 7.9€ and the other at 11.9€.

The free delivery in EU zone is from 90€ of purchase.

For DOM TOM, USA and countries outside the EU zone, shipping costs are 19,9€ and free from 150€ of purchase.

After order and delivery

When will I receive my box?

FOOTBOKS is launched on a bi-monthly basis (every two months) on even months. It is possible to order the current box until the last day of the month in which the box is delivered. For example, the December box can be ordered until December 31st. From January 1st, we will switch to an order for the February box.

How do I know if my box has been shipped?

You will receive an email from us confirming the shipment of your box!

What should I do if I don't receive my box?

If you haven’t received your box 10 working days after receiving the shipping email, there is a problem somewhere! Contact us quickly via the “contact” page. We will find the solution 😉

What should I do if I encounter a problem with one of the products (opened or broken product)?

This is very rare, but unfortunately it can happen during delivery. We all know the legendary care with which packages are usually transported. In this case, send us an email with a picture of the product in question so that we can rectify the situation.

My subscription

What are the advantages of subscribing?

Subscribing is already the assurance of having your box in the first deliveries. It also means receiving a special gift with each box and all this, WITHOUT ANY COMMITMENT! With us, you can unsubscribe whenever you want (but as late as possible, as Thierry Roland would have said. If you didn’t know 1998, ignore this parenthesis)

I have subscribed and I want to change my bank details. How do I do this?

To do this, simply contact us. We will send you the steps to follow to modify your credit card, directly online, in a 100% secure way with our payment provider.

How can I unsubscribe?

Are you sure about this? Well, if you are, just send us an email asking us to unsubscribe you, mentioning your name, your first name, and your subscriber number.

Do I have to order my box every two months?

Not for subscribers! If you have chosen the subscription option, the renewal will be done automatically, and a new order will be placed automatically every 2 months! Everything is secure and automated.

If you have chosen the single box option, you will have to recommend the next one or opt for a subscription!

I am a subscriber. When will my account be debited?

Your account will be debited every 2 months (even months) at the beginning of the month, to receive your box during the month!

Payment and security

Once I have paid, can I cancel my order?

You have a legal retraction period of 14 days. If your box has already been sent, you will have to receive it and send it back to us at your expense.
