This all-natural product is designed to help you start hydrating and stay hydrated once you sweat.
It can be used before and after intense exercise.
The product is available in three versions (500, 1000 and 1500) and contains a ratio of 500, 1000 or 1500 mg of sodium per liter when one sachet is diluted in 500ml of water.
The ingredients are all natural and there are no artificial flavors/sugars.
The product is gluten and dairy free and suitable for Vegans.
– Dissolve 1 sachet in 500ml of water and drink the day before key events and training
-Dissolve 1 sachet in 500ml of water and drink 90 minutes before starting events and main workouts. Try to finish your drink at least 45 minutes before you start to allow your body to properly absorb the liquid.
– Mix 1 sachet for 500 ml of water and drink during the effort
